Ossipee Public Library Trustees Meeting – Virtual Meeting
February 8, 2021

Attendees at meeting: Director Maria Moulton; Secretary Doris Ann Allenson; Chairperson Patricia Pustell; Trustee Carl Tyler, Lisa Buerk, Jane ter Kuile; Alternate Roger ter Kuile
The Virtual meeting was called to order by Chairperson Patricia Pustell at 10:12 am.
The Secretary’s Report was reviewed and a motion to pass as submitted was made by Patricia Pustell and seconded by Doris Ann Allenson. Motion passed.
Treasurer’s Report was reviewed and accepted as submitted. Motion to pass was made by Patricia Pustell and seconded by Lisa Buerk. Motion passed.
Directors Report was submitted by Maria Moulton and a discussion ensued. Then, a motion was made to accept the report as submitted by Patricia Pustell and seconded by Carl Tyler.
Old Business:
At the town budget meeting our budget proposal was discussed and accepted.
We will no longer have a notary available at the library because the town Hall has this service available for the public.
The couch for the children’s area has been ordered and will arrive in March or early April.
Donations received in memorial gifts in December $500 and $125 in January.
No more complaints about the WiFi and no motions were made.
New Business:
March 9th is Election Day. Lisa Buerk, Jane ter Kuile, and Carl Tyler are on the ballot.
Discussion about the need to attract new alternate Trustees.
Lynne Parker, President of the Friends of the Library, donated pencils with the Ossipee Public Library engraved on them.
Lisa attended a Zoom meeting sponsored by the NHLTA and informed us of its content.
A discussion about community programs that we could implement took place.
Carl and Pat volunteered to be community readers for the Library Website.
Next meeting is March 8, 10:00 am.
